General Terms and Conditions (GTC):

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

• Consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

• Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

With regard to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses opposing or supplementary terms and conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contracting Parties, Contract Conclusion, Correction Options

The purchase agreement is concluded with Elisnova.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your inputs at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the checkout process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email. Contractual agreements are only possible while stocks last.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

Languages available for contract conclusion: German/English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver free of shipping costs within the EU.

We only deliver via shipping. Self-pickup of goods is not possible.

Delivery is made directly from the supplier to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is [Delivery time: "3-7 business days"], but delays may occur. The exact shipping costs and delivery conditions are indicated during the ordering process. Customs duties and taxes that may be country-specific are to be borne by the customer.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

• Credit Card
  During the checkout process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you place the order.

• PayPal / PayPal Express
  To pay the invoice amount via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is processed immediately after submitting the order.

• Sofort by Klarna
  To pay via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, log in accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

• Google Pay
  To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have activated Google Pay, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is processed immediately after submitting the order.

• Apple Pay
  To pay via Apple Pay, you need to use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have enabled Apple Pay, log in with your data, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction occurs immediately after placing the order.

• Amazon Pay
  To pay via Amazon Payments, you must be registered with Amazon, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be performed within one banking day after order placement. A banking day is any weekday excluding Saturdays, national public holidays, and December 24 and 31.

• Klarna
  In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options:

  • Purchase on Invoice through Klarna: The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice, subject to successful address and credit checks.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal instructions. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

  The statutory warranty law applies.
