CANCELLATION

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy):

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days starting from the day you or a third party, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elisnova, Odensehof 29, 30457 Hannover) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Return Costs

You will bear all costs for returning the goods.

3. Condition of the Goods

The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the goods are damaged, we reserve the right to make a full or partial deduction from the refund for damages.

4. Consequences

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different delivery method than the standard cheapest shipping offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 60 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal, to us or to Elisnova, c/o Karem Sofi, Odensehof 29, 30457 Hannover, Germany. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
